Importing Food & Beverage Quarantine Procedure

01 Company ID
Company ID for importing food sales is a mandatory documents in order to declare Quarantine & Customs from overseas country.
02Required documents from exporter before declaration of importation
  • Company ID for importing food sales
  • Company ID (Tax)
  • Food ingredient (Manufacturer Address, Contact Point Necessory) & nutrition facts
  • Processing flow
  • Korea language version label according to food sanitary regulation
  • Import declaration of food (quarantine)
  • Shipping Documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing List)
03Korea language version label
  • There is two way to adhesive sticker of Korea language version on importing products. Option#1 glue on it or laser printing on goods when ship out Korea and Option#2 is sticker work at bonded warehouse when arrive in Korea.
  • It will be imposed sticker manual job cost and labeling cost.
04Declaration for importing food & beverage
1st importing of food from oversea country is required detailed quarantine at government agency.
05Agency Quarantine Procedure.
It will impose inspection fee when 1st importing and detailed quarantine based on agency test procedure.
